This is the rose in question. I just need to know the name of this yellow miniature rose. There are several different varieties of yellow miniature rose. I just need to know which one this one is. Was listed in zone 3 Comes in a 6 inch grow pot Has a scent Has spikes on the edges of the foliage leaves. The foliage leaves appear to be long. Some that it could be include: lemon yellow miniature rose Lemon drop Baby Love Rise and Shine Sun Sprinkles Sunblaze yellow mini rose I would really appreciate some help here.
Hi, My guess is that it is Rise and Shine. It would be very helpful if you count how many petals . Rise 'n' Shine has 35 petals. Lemon Drop is listed as being full. That is a lot of petals. Baby Love is dark yellow and only has 5 petals. Sun Sprinkles has 25-30 petals and is a deep yellow. Yellow Bantam is an old rose that is a light yellow with 25 petals. I was unable to find any listing for Sunblaze in my American Rose Society handbooks. I have them dated from 1984 to present. I hope that the information that I have given you may help. thank you for your reply. I got a very helpful answer to this question from Houzz the other day. It appears to be a Mistral rose (an Olsen/Polsuen rose). It first appeared in Denmark. It is now sold worldwide in grocery stores. This photo here is a photo of a Mistral rose. This is a photo of the rose I got from the company.
