I don't know if people can identify it from just those leaves, but usually leaves are not that enough to go by. Can you post a photo of the plant? And can you say where you found it - is it a wild plant or something in a garden or something coming up in your yard? And how does it grow - is it a shrub or a vine or a small upright plant, and what are the stems like? Any flowers or buds or fruits?
It has been growing around the 4x4 posts on my privacy. I cut one down it was about 7-8 ft tall and has vines.
