Need help identifying this plant

    I could really use some help with the identification of this small plant. I propagated it by taking some cuttings from a 20 year old plant my sister owns. The old growth is smooth and separated by thin branch like structures. The new growth has hairs and is more compact.

    Hatiora salicornioides. Spiny, ribbed segments are more common close to the base.
