Need Help Identifying This Plant

    I found this plant 3 years ago growing underneath a maple tree. It was about an inch tall. I transplanted it and now it is about 5 feet tall. I have no idea what it is. I live in northern California on the Pacific Coast in Crescent City, California.

    Y'know, T., I think you are right. But it's so pretty and delicate! Shows my limited exposure to sumac---staghorn mainly, if not exclusively.
