I love their nodding heads,as if they were saying "spring is finally here". They look beautiful when planted in drifts under deciduous trees or in a field. Snowdrops like well drained, humus rich soil and will multiply on they own accord if they are happy, forming clumps which could be divided every 4 years or so to prevent over crowding.
indoor or wild only? can the 'Galanthus nivalis - Snowdrops' be planted indoors or is it a wildflower? can wildflowers be planted indoors? sorry for the questions...as you can tell, i dont know too much when it comes to flowers.
Hardy bulb native to the Old World. Could probably be forced indoors, like other bulbs, then planted outside. However, it flowers so early anyway that there might not be much point.
