Identification: Need help identifying my plant.

    I won't pretend I could answer your question but the photos posted are too dark for me to view in detail. Could you re-post photos taken in better light (plain background such as a wall - or concrete driveway - would permit us to study shape/thickness of leaves, too). Just a thought...

    Difficult to make out but it looks like a croton (Codiaeum).

    I agree with JK some sort of croton, but a brighter pic will let you know for certain
