Identification: Need help identifying houseplant

Hello,

I picked up this houseplant a few years ago and it never had a tag telling me what it is and how to care for it. It looks like it could be some sort of tropical shrub or tree? Can anyone identify it? What can I do so the ends of the leaves don't die off like that?

Dracaena fragrans 'Massangeana' looks ok to me, maybe a lack of humidty??
