While shooting a model in the forest of British Columbia I came across this gorgeous little flower that was perfect for putting in her hair. As I handled it, I noticed a strong, very fresh smell. Like melon/moss/cucumber. It was so lovely!! Someone on my facebook page said they thought it was poisonous even though neither the model or I had a reaction.
I have been searching places for its name now for some time to no avail.

It was growing in a mossy area/undergrowth along with dogwood flowers/cracker jack flowers (At least thats what we call them)

Here's the best photo I have of them, unfortunately, I was shooting with a non macro lens.
