Identification: Need Help Identifying and Caring for House Plant

    I'm currently in a HORT class at The University of Georgia and was given a plant to identify and care for during the semester. My knowledge of plants is almost nonexistent so I could really use some help identifying this plant and caring for it. Any input would be appreciated. Thank you.

    Sorry - we don't usually answer schoolwork questions as a matter of policy. There is a lot of indirect learning to be had by browsing through books or online sites trying to figure it out, and that is likely part of the instructor's intent. Apologies. Closing the thread.
