I have a very thick vine growing in my backyard and I am completely plant ignorant. HELP PLEASE! It has a light brown very thick vine that is just starting to get small leaves on it. The leaves look are light green now and are coming out it little clusters along the vine. A lot of the vine died during the winter and when you break it, it feels just like a stick of wood. It's very strong on the fence and is growing up the trees. It's currently dark and raining so I'll try to get a picture ASAP. Thanks for your help!

In case it doesn't specify, I live in North Texas.

Ooh, W.N., I advise you to NOT mess with this vine until we get it identified for you! It could be poison ivy, and that is one plant to AVOID. Your vine could be one of a variety of possibilities, but it is WAY better to be safe than sorry. And itchy and blistery too.

Any updated photographs on this one? Too difficult to identify from the previous ones, I'm guessing.
