Two specimens grow on King David Street in Jerusalem diagonally across from the David Citadel Hotel. Any help would be valued. (The closest I've found are Pinus canariensis and Pinus brutia, but neither match - the cariensis because the bark looks different and the brutia because it is 2-needled).

    Many thanks !

Pinus canariensis it is. The bark is well within the range of variation of that species.
