Hello again, bigmig. My eyes aren't good enough to be sure, but I'm going to suggest Salix integra maybe 'Hakuro Nishiki', the Japanese variegated willow. I'm sure someone else will correct me if I'm wrong. If I'm right, it roots easily, so you could ask your neighbor for a cutting. ;o)
