This plant is growing wild. It has seed pods similar to milkweed but long and slender. It's about 2 1/2 to 3 feet tall. Does anyone have an idea what this plant could be?

I didn't realize milkweed can look like but, yes it looks like asclepias tuberosa which is known to grow around here.
