I recently purchased a house with a lap pool only 2 feet from the fence. There is only about a 8" space right up against the fence, the the rest is cement. This is an east facing yard and has no privacy at all. I would like something that will grow to be about 6-10 feet high, planted in containers, and doesnt drop too many leaves. I am thinking of bamboo or ornamental grass, but am open to any suggestions and ideas.
