Hello and Thanks , I think it has a disectum leaf but am not sure. Sorry for the poor quality picture, I'll try to take a better one in the sun tomorrow. Its a very bright green with pink seed pods . Its trunk is grey with light white spots and splotches .
Looks like Acer japonicum 'Aconitifolium' but can't really tell without better photos of the leaves. Take another photo up close, or bring a few leaves indoors to photograph.
