Name that hedge

    Hello,

    Can anyone identify the hedge in the midground? Looks like trimmed Rhus, if that's possible.

    You can prune sumac (Rhus) as long as you leave some fuzzy stems. It has been my experience that if you prune into the old wood the whole branch dies. Harry
