Name of the tree in picture

Attached are the pictures of a tree in my neighborhood. I would like to plant this beautiful tree in my front yard, please kindly let me know the name of this tree if any one knows. Many thanks.

Well, it's a blue spruce, but I can't be more specific. In the subtropics too long.

 

Abies procera. Common in local plantings.

If the needles are the same shade of color on both sides (concolorous), then A. p. 'Glauca'.
