Identification: Name of the plant

Hi,
Could anybody help me with finding the name of the plant shown in the attached image.
It has been with me for an year now and although length of stem is growing number of leaves are almost same. It produce five new leaves and drops older 5..

I would like to give it care it may need, but don't know the name so can't search in internet
