Used as mustard greens and the like, assuming it is Brassica juncea (if not, it is likely one of the other culinary Brassica). I don't think our volunteers would be selling one of the undesirable weedy mustards (e.g., Brassica nigra, though it has its good qualities as well).
Thanks for your response. I've gone through the links that you suggested. I don't have any experience growing anything like mustard and didn't mean to imply that the Volunteers sold me a weed. The closest variety is Yu Tsai Sum Jade Spring. It looks like such a young plant but it's flowering already. I'll take any guidance anyone can throw at me pls.
