Mystery tree

    Can anyone ID this tree? MeThinks the blossom should be a giveaway, but I can not find anything like it. 15 - 21 leaflets, usually 19, no thorns. South east Michigan. Orange and purple bottle brush looking blossom.

    Looks a lot like a False Indigo (Amorpha fruticosa). Great photo!

    Looks like that to me also. The map of its locations show none in Oakland County Michigan. Mine may be the only one!? It seems to be in a tree form rather than a bush though.
