Mystery Tree

    Hi ,
    Can anyone id the tree in the jpegs below. Its in the Regional District's Xeriscape Garden (they don't know either). The pea like flowers would suggest something the the Fabaceae family, and I'm sure its a Laburnum relative but can't put my finger on it.

    looks like Cytisus battandieri, smells of pineapple, thats if it is morrocan broom

    I'm certain thats what it is when I see the Google images. Will have a sniff for the pineapple also.
