mystery plant - can you name it?

    noticed this plant yesterday- a climber, is blooming right now, in the picture it's intertwined with honeysuckle, it grows in a spot that gets mainly morning sun -

    I hope the pictures will help to identify it

    Looks like a Wild Clematis (Virgin's Bower) Clematis virginiana

    I need to check on the leaves again, if they are jagged

    I used your id to look up more info and read that it can be confused also with sweet autumn clematis, which has more rounded leaves - I will get back with pics.

    I agree it's a wild clematis, the older leaves look jagged and there is no sweet smell which is common with the autumn clematis- I still have to take the pics
