Hello UBC Forum! I'd be grateful for your help in identifying the plant shown in the attached image, please. The parent plant in my old office appears to reproduce by dropping leaves with attached white roots, and these leaves were individually repotted and given away by the office manager. I repotted the leaf about a year ago into miracle gro, and now I have the attached plant on my window sill, but it grows quite slowly, so I'd like to make sure I'm caring for it correctly. I've tried a few ID keys with no result, so please have at it! Thanks! Dave
Welcome dcr22. Looks like Euphorbia leuconeura. Be very careful the white sap of all Euphorbia is toxic. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Euphorbia_leuconeura
Thanks, Silver Surfer! That's just the sort of information I was looking for. This does look like a fun plant, though - wow explosive seed distribution! Best, Dave
