Mystery Monocot

    I picked a monocot plant's flower from Getty Garden in L.A. for a herbarium project. I can't identify it with dic keys and multiple website so I thought I would give the forums a try.

    I have a picture of the full plant and the flower I picked.

    Thanks for your help! The official website lists "Bougainvillea sp." so I guess there's no species name.
