Hi everyone. A friend of mine has recently begun taking care of her late father's plants, and this one in particular has us stumped, so I've decided to pick the brain of the much smarter collective. The plant is about 7 months old, as her father started it from a seedling as part of a physical rehab activity back in Feb 2008. My first guess was Ti plant/Cordyline terminalis, but it doesn't look like any of the pictures in the book I have or can locate via a Google image search. She said the leaves are about 5 inches long. Any ideas? I've included both shots she sent; the second is somewhat blurry, but might contain information that helps. Thank you!
