I had a plant given to me that grows like a bulb at the bottom with half in the ground and half out. This bulb is about 8 inches in diam. The stalk goes up about 1 1/2 feet and the leaves are long and thin, very sharp on the edges. They are about 2 feet long. (Kind of looks like cousin "it"!!) I dont know this plants needs and it seems unhappy. Help.
