I found a site that Identified this as a Very Rare, Cleradendrum Sahelangii, Or Turks turbin, skyrocket. It is From A cluster of Islands called Malay Archipelago. Fruits resemble those of harlequin glory bower (Clerodendrum trichotomum), suggesting that it is another species in that genus.
