At least i think its a succulent. This little green felly started life as a thin green tounge like leaf cutting about the size of my thumb. 7 years later he's developed a definiate bulby stalk, long curving leaves (still tounge shaped) the largest are about a foot across, and the leaves drip fluid if snapped.
Have had him for years, and despite not knowing what he is, have managed to not kill him, seems to like bright light and absorbs water like a sponge. Recently this little flower/stem thing has appeared, which has given me the push to actually find out what he is, anyone know?

Thanks! i've been asking for years, but until the flower part showed up i guess it would be pretty difficult to tell what he was :)

apparently they develop berries, I got this little guy from a leaf cutting so I wasn't aware of that :)

    cheers!
