This well behaved bush decided to live in my yard. The leaves are pointed oval and it has a little seed pod that looks like a white blackberry. I have no intention of removing it but would like to call it by name. (I talk to my plants....it's an old lady thing). Can you please help?

Many posts on the internet asking about this tree, nearly always the same scenario: it popped up on its own and produces leaves with characteristics that generate comment. Often these show lobes that produce some mystery or confusion.
