i rescued this small palm from the floral department of a grocery store after the floral manager overwatered it. It nearly died and when it was all brown i transplanted it and it miraculously grew a new frond.
Ive seen so many similar palms like this that i cant figure out what it is!! Your help is greatly appreciated.

Possibly Chamaedorea elegans? I know it as neanthe bella but parlor palm is another widely used common name. I was surprised that it has been around since Victorian times.
