Codiaeum is a highly variably genus - you show a pair of entire-leaved ones; there are maple-leaf and forked-leaf varieties and there's also a neat one that narrows in the middle of the leaf like Quetzal feathers. The care instructions, however, are the same for all of them. Lots of sunlight, water when dry.
there are hundreds of types of croton with a wide range of the leaf structure and coloration. both plants are croton.
