I have a Spathiphyllum and it is dying I have bee told I am watering to much about 2 sixteen oz. cups a wk. ( I didn't know) I have had the plant since January and I think it is probably tired now. What can I do to bring it back to life.

There is nothing you can do but let it dry out (not all the way!) some and then water less often.

Do I need to put it in a warm environment like the garage or just leave it in the house where it is cool, always 60 or below

    Hello
Don't be on a watering "schedule" - 2 cups a week no matter what or whether it needs it or not is bad for your plants. I never water a plant until I stick my fingers a few inches down into the soil - if it feels dry, water it. In the beginning you will find yourself checking all the time, but eventually you will get to know the plant and will sense when it's time to feel the soil for moisture. By its looks, by the way the soil looks, by how the pot feels when you lift it or nudge it with your foot, you will sense when it is time to water again. More plants die from overwatering than underwatering, so always check before throwing more water on !
