my lime tree's leaves are yellowing and dropping off! HELP!

I have a persian lime tree about 5 years old, in a very large pot (about 100 kilos of soil) it was very healthy and gave lots of limes and had shiny green foliage up until 3 months ago. now the leaves are sparse, yellowed, and dropping off. what could be the reason/s? can you advise? thanks, ari

I was wondering if you knew where to buy lime trees in the Tel Aviv area. My friend and I made aliyah and we miss our limes!
