Hi, Hopefully someone will be able to help. I've had three pots outside growing herbs. Unfortunately, I can't remember what I planted in which pot. The seeds I have are:- Coriander, Basil, Thyme, Mint, Dill, Sage, Rosemary, Parsley, Chives. Trouble is I don't know which is which or if the pots have just been overtaken by weeds. Pot 1 This looks similar to basil, but I'm not sure? Pot 2 I know the plants on the right are coriander, but what is the other one? Pot 3 This pot has three different plants in it. The first plant (bottom of the photo - two specimens) looks very similar to the one in pot 1, is this basil? The second plant, in the centre of the photo, has triangular leaves and I've no idea what it could be. The third plant to the bottom left on plant two has thin fleshy leaves. Can anyone help me?
Pot 1 is basil for sure, parsley 2nd pot right side...Can't you just smell the others? It should be easy to identify dill, mint and rosemary simply based on aroma. Chives typically look like grass, can't see them here.
I have recently discovered that I have dill in my garden and your pot 3 doesn't have anything that looks like what I have. dill has really thin/spidery/wispy leaves
