    Dear Farrukh,
I know nothing about guava but am curious to know why they are starting to die? Are all in your area doing the same thing/
Is it disease or drought ?
I am sorry to see this trouble about your trees.
I hope that all will be well for you and your trees soon.

What other mitigating factors are involved? IE: nearby influences? Air born pollutants?

Farrukh, can you attach any photos of the trees? Guavas are susceptible to a number of different pests and diseases, and seeing what the trees look like will help us diagnose the problem.

I have never seen Guavas grow in wet soils before. Is this a monsoon result? A high water table could be one of the source problems? Air pollutants can also be mitigating factors here too!
