Growing mushroom spawn is a complicated topic, but there is plenty of information on the Web. Just Google "mushroom propagation" or "growing mushrooms". Or you can get books that explain the process. Paul Stamets has written a couple of good ones: "Mycelium Running" and "Growing Gourmet and Medicinal Mushrooms".
