Identification: Mushroom ID

Growing on horse dung in Pennsylvania.

 

Looks like some kind of Ink Cap or Lawyer's Wig fungus to me.

 

A species of the mottlegill genus (Panaeolus). Probably egghead mottlegill (Panaeolus semiovatus; sometimes in a genus of its own as Anellaria semiovata). Plz see this site: http://www.svims.ca/council/Panaeo.htm
