What is the season for Muscadine Grapes? What do they look like? How to transplant them. How to grow them. I was told they were in the woods behind my house.

Muscadine grapes have a long growing season because they're a native North American grape restricted to the Southeastern US. They generally grow from Virginia's coastal region all across the South, as far west as mid-Texas.

They have a much longer ripening season than cold tolerant grapes, and somewhat longer than vitis vinifera as well.
