Any ideas? I've read a few sites that say it's near impossible to take cuttings and make them grow. The only other way I have read about is laying the vines on another pot of dirt and spraying them to get them to root. Does anyone have any advice on how long this would take and when to seperate the new shoots from the main plant? Also, is there a way to help them along? say liquid fertilizer in the water sprayer or is that bad? I'm new to propegation so any suggestions are helpful.

I think that it is spelled Muehlenbeckia complexa and simple division should work about this time of year (depending upon where you live in Canada). Joe

Sounds good, I never thought of doing it that way. I'll post it around on other sites if it works. And yes you might be right on the spelling, I was guessing from memory ;)
