    Hello,
I have 2 Concord grape vines and need to move them. They have been planted in a poor site under two cedar trees and it is impossible to keep them watered enough.
My question is this a good time to move them? If so, would I prune them back fairly hard or not at all?
They also do not receive as much sun light as I think that they should get.
    Any information would be appreciated.

Now would be great. Prune them back heavily (as they should be every year) and clip the fruit this year to encourage root growth. Planting in full sun is vital to ripening. Dig as large and deep area as you reasonably can, but use the same soil when refilling the planting hole (don't amend the soil) and water deeply this year. Don't drown it but don't let it dry completely either. If you use a dripper, turn it on to saturate well and then turn it off.
