I have a small apple tree in my yard in North Vancouver. I have no idea what variety it is. I have just harvested the apples - - I picked approximately 5 pounds of small apples. I want to relocate this tree to another section of my yard. When/how do I go about doing this? I know next to nothing about gardening.

Also, we have 1 40 foot high maple tree that we want removed from our property, because it is too big for our property. We have been told that it is valuable, and that we might be able to find someone who wants to purchase it. Is anyone interested?

Big one might be able to go to a big tree dealer, I think the usual arrangement is probably that they take it away for free, in return for which they get to sell it. Small one should be lifted bareroot right after the leaves drop and replanted promptly.
