Moss with flowers

    Would you please help me to identify this plant? It is from Peruvian Andes at the elevation of 4500 meters.

    It's not moss - more likely it's something from the Aizoaceae or a creeping red Gentianella. I'll keep looking through my paramo plant books.

    Thank you very much for the guidance, I did not know how to describe it, I am very new to the botanical world. We take pictures of the plants during our travels and I just like to know what flora it is. Somehow the description Flower Cordillera Blanca does not satisfy me :)
