    Ammonia and a scrubbing brush works here. Also if it is on a path allowing more air to circulate and maybe sun getting in to dry the area.

    perhaps a pressure washer, although it doesnt fit the parameter of " out of the kitchen".

    A kettle of boiling water will also do the job, without leaving any potential toxic residues.
