I have very similar (I'd say identical) lessions on my concord grapes. If you find any information out (cause/treatment/consequences) I'd appreciate any information. Thanks!
Hard to tell the exact problem from the poor quality of the photos. Based on what I can see, it looks like several possibilities. First I'll list the problems and then the cause, and you'll need to decide based on the description I give. 1. Pale reddish swelling on young leaves upper surfaces, underneath has plant hairs. Caused by Grape Erineum Mites. 2. Honeydew and black sooty mold, black speckling of grapes, flies fly up when disturbed. Caused by Grape Whitefly. 3. Honeydew drips from clusters, black mold. Caused by Grape Mealybug. See if one of these describes the problem. If not, take some better photos and repost for further examination.
