On the right is a pic of my monstrose semp in Oct (it grew 6 or 7 rosettes around a central stalk). The pic on the left was taken today, that's the same plant in the back of the bowl (the tall one "waving its arms") as it's starting to flower. Weird seeing a semp with several long stalks like this. Wish it wouldn't flower; I liked the oddity.
