Re: Monkey Puzzle Tree At this point, I would suggest it can do no harm to remove the plant from the pot it is in. Carefully check to see if there are still viable roots on the plant, and if so, replant into a well draining potting mix. I had a 8 ft specimen that was happy until a well meaning "babysitter" over-watered it. They have relatively poor root systems, and end up being either over-watered or under-watered. If there are no new leaves showing at the tips of any of the branches, it has probably succumbed to either one of these human oversights.I would like to be wrong, but the brown color is not normal, a healthy plant is green overall. Sorry!
