Hello, i live in Ontario and i just got a new plant but i have never seen one before and no one i know can help me identify it. I believe it's a vine, it has variegated leaves and does well in the shade. I included a pix of it. If you know what it is, let me know at elioslondon@yahoo.ca or post the "answer" here. Thanx for any help.

That's pretty good - replies within minutes of each other! First time I've seen that on the boards.

    Hi Elioslondon,

Just a caveat here. EVERYONE that I know that has planted it has regretted it in zillions!!! It's one of the most invasive and difficult plants to get rid of. If just a bit of root is left in the ground it sprouts again. Plant in a well contained area where you don't have anything else and don't want anything else.

Wow, i'm impressed ! Thanx for the warning. I already had a feeling it's invasive considering how many of them i found !!! Kinda sounds like dandelion...I planted in a spot where nothing else grows... A spot between the back door steps and the fence. I will warn my father in law before it takes his garden over. Great tip on how to identify weeds, it got me laughing it's so true !!! Still think it's a pretty plant so i'll take the risk LOL
