Is there a carbon / digital copy receipt book / folder that may show their basic information that a treasurer or accounting has on record of the cash transaction? Just trying to help. If not then maybe going forward the name and email address should be added to any receipts and a copy, carbon, digital, or other should be kept as a record to keep this from happening in the future.
Thanks John, unfortunately we had 4 members from the area manning the stand, helping folks with their maple problems and showing off some cultivars, but they weren't as organized as all that. Posting here puts it on our web site, so hopefully the person will see it there. I'll see this WE if they've gotten in touch yet.
