I have noticed that virtually all ferns sold in local nurseries and garden centres over the last couple of years under the name Polystichum braunii to be actually Polystichum setiferum. I was wondering if anyone else out there has also made this observation.
Mistake (and perhaps stock) possibly originating from a single source. Look for grower name on tags, or ask retailer where they came from. Then, try alerting grower.
