Identification: miniature tree and other long limbs with many leaves

    first mini tree picture is a plant thats been indoors for nearly a month. leaves are starting to get yellow on tips and others are brown on tips. need help with identification to figure out water and light requirements. 10 feet from east and also west facing windows. no drafts from central air. watering when soil is dry an inch down. please help identify. the other is recently acquired and im interested in the name if anyone is aware. thank you so much in advance.

    First one looks to be a Dracaena. maybe D. marginata. Second one, Zamioculcas zamiifolia (ZZ plant)
